"Decent, but not worth the price"
I was expecting a bit more for the price, honestly. It’s not bad by any means, but compared to similar stuff I’ve bought before, the quality just didn’t feel like it matched what I paid. Shipping was smooth and the service was fine, so no complaints there. I just didn’t feel like I got great value overall. I’d probably only consider buying again if the price came down

"Disappointed with the quality"
I was expecting better. It felt cheap right out of the box, and then it broke after barely using it. Seems like a preventable issue if the materials were a bit sturdier

"I’ve had this for a few months..."
I’ve had this for a few months now, and it still looks good. I bought it around the time I was reorganizing a bunch of stuff at home, so it’s been getting regular use since then. The color has barely faded, and it’s held up better than I expected.

"My order did get here in good shape..."
My order did get here in good shape, so no real complaints there. The shipping was just slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kind of annoying. i was starting to wonder if it got lost. But then it showed up, boom, all fine. Overall, not bad, not amazing, just average for me.

I reached out to sunnainc.com customer service with a question about my order, and overall I had a really good experience. The person who helped me seemed to understand what I was asking right away and gave me a clear, friendly answer without making things complicated.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the first response took a bit longer than I was hoping. But once they got back to me, everything was handled smoothly, and I felt relieved and happy with how it turned out.

"It was fine, just a little unclear in spots"
I applied through sunnainc.com and overall it was easy, but there were a couple parts where I kind of paused like... wait, am I doing this right? I had to go back and double-check some info because the next steps weren’t always super clear. It did work in the end and didn’t take that long, so that was good. Just felt like it could be a bit smoother. Not terrible or anything, just sort of okay for me

"It made my skin flare up"
I tried this and quickly my skin got itchy and irritated. I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next either — stop using it, contact someone, wait it out? The instructions didn’t really make that clear. Definitely not something I’d use again.

"Smells great and lasts a long time"
I’ve been using this for a bit now, and I really like the scent. It definitely lasts longer than I expected, which is a nice surprise. It was a little strong when I first put it on, but after it settles for a while, it smells really good. Overall, I’m happy with it and would use it again.
